Returns.

Should you receive a faulty wine or if you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order.

All the bottles being returned must be unopened and intact and in its original packaging.

If you wish to post your parcel back to us you can return your parcel using any postal service.

Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage.
