Our Wines
Bianco
-
Cortese
Piemonte’s most famous (and finest) white grape, this wine has the same delicate, dry and refreshing quality as some Pinot Grigio and Chablis wines. Crisp and fruity with moderate acidity.
-
Gavi
From the native Cortese grape and village of Gavi, this is one of Italy’s most coveted whites with a crisp, dry and lively character combined with floral, peachy qualities.
-
Tre Uve
A combination of three different grapes –Viognier, Chardonnay and Arneis – selected to create a crisp white with all the variety of flavours each distinct grape brings to its multi-faceted character.
-
Roero Arneis
With a name meaning ‘little rascal’ in the dialect of the region due to its reputation as a difficult variety to grow, this dry and full-bodied wine is worth the effort, producing a delicate, crisp and floral character. Often referred to as ‘white Barolo’- even though the grapes bear no relation to each other
